One of Autumn's tastiest treats! Our squashes are first charred over the grill, then slowly roasted to perfection and glazed with a Harissa & Roasted Garlic sauce. Served atop a warm bowl of Parmesan grits with lemongrass & ginger! Can be served vegan upon request.
An unctuous whiskey-butterscotch custard fills a cinnamon-graham crust. It's studded with salty pretzels and diced apples cooked in cardamom syrup, then covered in a blanket of vanilla bean mousse.
Lovingly charred and served with a Roasted Garlic Hollandaise & Salted Radish.
Braised slowly to create a pull-apart tender interior, then crisped up in a pan just before serving. Served w/ Roasted Delicata Squash and our house-made coconut "sriracha".

Beautiful & meaty King Trumpet mushrooms are served over a mouth-watering mix of Crispy Soppressata, Garlic, Chili, Shallot, and Young Potato.
Our famous fruit tart! A delicate sablé crust is filled with creamy Toasted Milk Custard and topped with the summer's finest berries & edible flowers!
Beautiful Yellow Fin Tuna loin is lightly cured with Yuzu zest and then sliced. Served in a zesty Plum & Cucumber aguachile, and topped with Scallion, Thai Chili, & Kiwi Berries.
